Today we're announcing a leadership transition at Repsly. After 14 years as part of the company’s leadership team, including 8 years as CEO, Mat Brogie is retiring. Caitlin Will, currently our Chief Revenue Officer, is stepping into the role of CEO.
This is a moment we want to mark properly, because it is both a celebration and a new beginning.
Celebrating Mat
Mat's fingerprints are on everything Repsly has become. Under his leadership, Repsly grew into the retail execution platform trusted by hundreds of in-store and Consumer Goods teams around the world, powering millions of in-store activities every year for brands like Kraft Heinz, L'Oréal, Royal Canin, and many retail service companies across the globe.
More than the growth itself, Mat shaped how Repsly grew: with a relentless focus on the people doing the work in the field, and a belief that better data, faster data on the in-store conditions, makes every part of a CPG business and supply chain, smarter.
Looking back on 14 years of building Repsly alongside the team, Mat shared:
“I’m incredibly proud of what the Repsly team has built together over the past 14+ years! I’ve had the privilege of working alongside extraordinary people, building a powerful and innovative platform for our customers and establishing Repsly as the global leader in Retail Execution. I’m excited to see what comes next under Cait’s inspiring leadership!”
We're deeply grateful for his leadership, and we're thrilled for him as he starts this next chapter.
Welcoming Cait
For many of our customers and partners, Caitlin Will needs no introduction. As Chief Revenue Officer, Cait has been central to Repsly's growth and customer strategy for years. She knows our customers, our product, and the realities of retail execution inside and out.
That familiarity matters. This transition was planned deliberately, and Cait steps into the CEO role with the full leadership team behind her and real momentum to build on. Our strategy, our commitments to customers, and our roadmap all continue without interruption.
As Cait looks ahead to Repsly’s next chapter, her focus is clear:
“This Repsly team has an obsessive focus on what’s happening in store today — and what to do about it,” said Caitlin Will. “600+ brands on our platform. 15+ years of structured retail execution data. AI capabilities already shipping. We’re not waiting to see where retail and AI are headed — we’re already there, building it for our customers today and every day after. We’ll never tire of continuous improvement, solving hard problems, or building real solutions for the people who trust us.”
The next era of retail execution
Repsly enters this next chapter from a position of strength and excitement, and with a clear view of where the industry is going.
Retail execution is changing faster than it has in decades. AI is moving from buzzword to a non-negotiable daily workflow, and the Brand’s and team’s winning at the shelf are the ones pairing accurate, real-world in-store data with internal, revenue intelligence and prediction engines, to drive smarter, faster, autonomous decision making. That's the future we've been building toward with innovations like AI Territory Advisor and the introduction of an MCP and agentic access, and it's where we'll keep pushing.
Under Cait's leadership, our mission stays the same: be the in-store source of truth, and help teams achieve peak performance every day. What grows is our ambition for how much of that work our platform can see, understand, predict, and take action towards.
To our customers, partners, and the broader retail execution community: thank you for being part of Repsly's story so far. The best of it is still ahead.
