Repsly Recipes: Apple Cider Kombucha Cocktail [Video]

We're lucky enough to work with hundreds of the most and exciting food and beverage brands here in the US and around the world, so naturally we're always experimenting with new concoctions and recipes featuring the innovative products we love. In this series, we'll share with you some of our favorites!

Fall is in the air and maybe you’re already getting sick of all the pumpkin spice. Have a drink on us, instead, here at Repsly! Try our recipe for four-ingredient apple cider kombucha cocktail and push that PSL to the side.

It’s super easy with everything you need to kick you into the holiday spirit. With only four ingredients, you can keep it simple or jazz it up. A little bit spicy and a tad bit fizzy this cocktail packs a tequila punch that will have you in the holiday spirit before you can say “deck the halls.” Here’s what you need:

Ingredients:

(per 1 cocktail)

  • Four ounces of Kevita Lemon Ginger kombucha
  • Three ounces of apple cider
  • Two ounces of Ghost tequila
  • Two tablespoons of fresh apple finely diced

How-To:

First, muddle the fresh apples with the apple cider. Then add in four ounces of kombucha with two ounces of tequila. Give the drink a good shake with some crushed ice and pour into your favorite glass. Looking for more festivity? Try these add-ins:

  • ¼ tsp of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg
  • ½ tsp freshly grated orange zest and a splash of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Line the rim of your glass with cinnamon and sugar
  • Cook your apples before hand with a pinch of sugar, squeeze of lemon, and cinnamon before adding them to the drink for more depth of flavor.
