The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead the charge in defining and amplifying our product story. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll own go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for a platform that’s transforming how retail execution gets done. You’re the glue between Product, Sales, and Customer Success, and the spark that ignites market demand.
You’ll have full domain over product marketing + customer marketing. You’ll be relentlessly accountable for the evolution of Repsly’s positioning in the market; the pricing and packaging of Repsly; cross-sell, up-sell campaigns; and product launches and expansion initiatives. You are flexible and can context-switch easily - and you have no problem working efficiently and building relationships along the way. You filter everything you do with the lens of driving growth and revenue.

What You’ll Do
- Own the Story: Craft compelling messaging and positioning that makes the Repsly product differentiated, irresistible, and vital to major CPG brands, retail service providers, and retail execution teams. Find ways to make Repsly stand out through proof points, data-driven insights, and compelling customer stories.
- Support Go-to-Market: Build and help drive GTM strategies that define, package, price and launch products, activate vital features, and create momentum across the whole buyer’s journey.
- Empower Sales: Deliver sales enablement that doesn’t just inform - it wins deals. Think killer decks, incredible competitive intel, amazing interactive tours and compelling customer stories. Think powerful partnership with a collaborative sales team.
- Champion the Customer and Market: Turn customer and market insights into sharp positioning that speaks directly to needs, and inspires behavior. You keep the customer at the center of all you do.
- Outsmart the Competition: Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis, always staying one step ahead in how we differentiate - including ownership and evolution of our pricing and packaging strategy, as it relates and differentiates from the market.
- Inspire and Lead: Build and mentor a team of A+ product and customer marketers while collaborating tightly with Product, Sales, CS, Marketing and the Revenue Organization.
Requirements and Experience
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS experience, with at least 3 years in a product marketing leadership role
- You’ve led product marketing for complex vertical software products — and you know how to tell a story that sticks
- Experience with vertical SaaS or industries like CPG, field service, or retail tech is a huge plus
- Capability to be strategic and run planning sessions, with a strong desire to still execute work with your team daily. You’ll be about 50/50 when it comes to leading, coaching and planning, vs doing
- Deep empathy for customers and the ability to turn insights into sharp, differentiated messaging and stories
- A track record of building tight cross-functional alignment and driving measurable results
- Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, visual, and interpersonal
- Hunger to move fast, make an impact, and own your space
- Familiarity with tools like Appcues, Navattic, Zapier and HubSpot
