About Repsly

The retail landscape is currently undergoing its most significant transformation in decades, moving away from a purely transactional space, toward a truly experiential one.

In this new era, the physical store is no longer just a place to buy a product - it is a "phygital" hub where brands must deliver immersive, memorable, and personalized moments to capture the increasingly fragmented attention of the consumer. This shift has raised the bar for what happens on the shelf and how to measure its ROI. If the "experience" is the actual product, then every out-of-stock item, misplaced or mispriced promotion, or messy display isn't just a lost sale - it's also a broken brand promise.

Enter Repsly: a best-in-class vertical SaaS, AI-powered platform delivering world-class retail execution software to the most recognizable and beloved consumer brands across the globe, including Kraft Heinz, Dyson, Verizon, Mattel, and Revlon. For more than 15 years, we have empowered data-driven field teams across brands and retail service providers to curate the in-store experience with absolute precision - ensuring that every brand meets its consumer exactly as intended, every single time.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced enterprise seller to take ownership of a small group of named accounts - large consumer brands that we believe are particularly strong fits for Repsly.

This is a net-new role. You won't inherit customers to grow or a territory with hundreds of accounts to work through. You'll have a relatively short list of companies, and we expect you to know them extremely well.

Think large, multinational organizations like Colgate-Palmolive, Church & Dwight, Kimberly-Clark, and other consumer brands with significant retail footprints and complex field organizations.

You'll wake up every day knowing exactly where to hunt.

The job is to figure out how to get into these companies and keep advancing. That means understanding how they're organized, who the right people are, what they're trying to accomplish, what they're using today, and where there may be a real reason to consider doing something differently.

We want someone who enjoys building relationships across a large organization. You'll need to find champions, develop relationships at different levels and across functions, and eventually get enough of the organization aligned so that a deal can move forward.

Some of these companies may already be looking for a solution like Repsly. Most probably won't be. We're looking for someone who doesn't need an active evaluation, an inbound lead, or an RFP to create a conversation.

Your responsibility is to land new logos and establish the initial strategic relationship. Once the customer is successfully launched and the relationship is ready to expand beyond the initial use case, you'll transition primary ownership to our Global Account Management team.

Your Remit

  • Own a focused list of named strategic accounts and be responsible for creating net-new business within them.
  • Learn those accounts inside and out - in partnership with your SDRs - both their org structure, their current business priorities, key leadership, existing technology, timely initiatives, and where and why Repsly may have a reason to engage.
  • Figure out who we need to know and build relationships across the organization rather than relying on one contact or champion, tracking down and hunting down heads of Trade, Finance, Sales, Ops, IT, AI, and Merchandising.
  • Develop a personal, strategic point of view on why each account, and each stakeholder at those accounts, should care about Repsly - and use that to create highly relevant conversations. Leverage your SDRs to work their parts of the attack plan, while you run yours.
  • Identify real, strategic, and high-timely business problems and help potential customers understand the operational and financial impact of continuing to solve them the way they do today.
  • Create momentum in deals where there isn't necessarily an active buying process already underway. Help your target buyers begin to process the concept of the cost of inaction.
  • Build consensus across the organization and help stakeholders with different priorities align around why something needs to change.
  • Run the deal from start to finish, once you've created it, from very early qualification, discovery, to technical validation through the business case, procurement, negotiation, and close.
  • The ability to orchestrate internal resources around an account - knowing when and how to use executives, SDRs, Solutions, Product, Marketing, customers, and partners to advance a relationship.
  • Maintain clear account plans, deal notes, and forecasts so we have an accurate picture of where things stand and what needs to happen next.
  • Transition new customers thoughtfully to our Global Account Management team, giving them the relationships and context they need to implement, launch, and grow the account.

What Success Looks Like

In the first year, we'd expect you to have a clear strategy for every account you're responsible for and a substantially deeper understanding of the people and organizations behind those logos.

You should have relationships developing across multiple functions and levels within your highest-priority accounts, including senior and executive stakeholders. We don't want our position in an account dependent on one person or team.

More importantly, those relationships should be turning into real deals. You should be creating conversations with companies that weren't necessarily looking for Repsly when you started, uncovering real business problems worth solving, and helping people inside those organizations build support to do something about them.

By the end of your first year, we expect you to have built a meaningful strategic pipeline north of $2M in potential revenue, landed at least one significant new enterprise logo that can become an important long-term relationship for Repsly, and have multiple additional strategic deals meaningfully advancing toward a decision.

What We're Looking For

We're less interested in a specific number of years than we are in evidence that you've successfully sold this way before. That said, this is a senior enterprise sales role, and we expect candidates will typically bring significant experience selling complex B2B technology and within CPG and Retailer organizations before.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • A track record of personally creating and closing large, net-new enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling into large CPG, Consumer Goods, retail, or similarly complex organizations.
  • Recent (<24 months) examples of breaking into accounts where you didn't begin with an established customer relationship or active buying process.
  • Experience developing relationships across a large organization, including senior executives, rather than depending on a single champion.
  • The ability to understand how a large company actually makes a decision and build consensus among people who may have very different priorities.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect operational problems to financial impact, ROI, and the cost of doing nothing; MBA or Executive MBA a plus.
  • Experience navigating the less exciting but very real parts of enterprise selling, including security, legal, procurement, technical validation, and commercial negotiation.
  • Resourcefulness in breaking into difficult accounts - someone who looks for multiple paths into an organization and doesn't mistake unanswered outreach for an exhausted account.
  • The ability to create relevant executive conversations without depending on inbound demand or SDR-generated meetings.
  • Strong account planning and deal management habits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity about the companies you sell to and the patience to understand them before trying to sell them something.
  • You'll be expected to get in the room when it matters - whether that's at a customer's headquarters, an industry event, or somewhere else that helps move a relationship forward.

Experience with SaaS, retail technology, field sales technology, analytics, Image Recognition, or AI-driven enterprise solutions would be particularly relevant.

Why Join Repsly

We're creating this role because we believe there is a relatively small group of large consumer brands that could become very important Repsly customers, and we want someone focused on them every day. We also know Repsly is ready and able to help these Consumer Brands and Retailers manage their retail environments in a much more proactive, strategic, and accurate way, creating a trusted in-store source of truth and accuracy.

You'll have a defined set of accounts, incredible support from across Repsly, and the freedom to think strategically about how to get into them. You'll work closely with our leadership, Product, Solutions, Marketing, and Customer Success teams as you develop relationships and create deals. You’ll have the full support of our C-Suite.

This isn't a role where we're asking you to cover as much ground as possible.

We want you to know your accounts, know the people inside them, and understand exactly where Repsly can genuinely help them achieve their strategic objectives - and know confidently when the time to move and create change surfaces.
