About the Role

The Head of Data & Analytics is a strategically critical leadership position at Repsly, shaping and executing the data strategy that powers our product innovation, customer impact, and competitive edge.

We are offering a unique opportunity for a senior leader to drive our pivotal re-platforming initiative and lay the foundation for how data enables Repsly’s growth for years to come. This role combines high visibility with direct impact: you will define our data architecture and long-term vision, build and mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate closely with senior leadership and external partners. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, guiding a small but growing team while staying close enough to the technology to influence architectural choices and mentor on technical best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Vision

  • Owns the overall data and analytics vision, strategy, and execution for the organization, directly aligned with business growth and customer outcomes
  • Responsible for data-driven innovation, including creation and management of data products, platforms, and talent
  • Anticipate long-term business and product needs, establishing the architecture and practices to scale toward increased data traffic, automation, and real-time analytics.
  • Identify opportunities to create or enhance data-driven products that reinforce Repsly’s customer value and market differentiation

Impact & Delivery

  • Translate company objectives into a clear, actionable data roadmap; prioritize initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Define and track success metrics, ensuring insight-driven feedback loops at all levels of decision-making.
  • Deliver scalable systems and processes, including data pipelines, models, and reporting frameworks to power customer-facing analytics.
  • Manage and coordinate external consultants and vendors to ensure alignment, quality, and impact.
  • Communicate clearly with executive leadership and peers on progress, trade-offs, and outcomes.

Team & Leadership

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing data team; create structured career paths and foster a culture of learning and accountability
  • Own hiring and team growth to match the strategic needs of the business
  • Act as a trusted partner across functions (product, platform, and customer services), ensuring tight alignment and collaboration
  • Establish best practices for agile delivery, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution

 

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in data/analytics roles, with 5+ years leading teams and delivering enterprise-scale initiatives
  • Proven record in large-scale data platform initiatives (re-platforming, migrations, or end-to-end analytics implementations)
  • Strong technical background across data engineering, databases, pipeline development, ETL, and logical data modeling (LDM)
  • Expertise with modern data warehousing and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), including orchestration tools
  • Experience designing data products and scalable architectures that support BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Ability to connect business objectives with technical execution, and to prioritize effectively among competing initiatives
  • Track record of managing cross-functional stakeholders and vendors, with strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Experience in managing budgets and making strategic hiring decisions
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, particularly B2B, with an understanding of how data shapes customer and product success
